If you'd like to be informed when activities require attention within Rooster Money, you can switch on your Push notifications in the app and on your device by following the instructions below. The same instructions can be followed to switch these notifications off if you don't want them anymore.
Turn on Rooster Money email and notifications
From the Parent Dashboard, select the Menu in the top right hand corner
Tap Manage Account > Profile Settings
From her you can select 'Marketing preferences' at the bottom of the screen
You can toggle on/off any notifications
Depending on your device, you can select 'Manage push notifications' which will direct you to the main settings page to change your notifications permissions for Rooster Money
Alternatively, you can head to your device settings page in your own time to turn on the notifications permissions.
Android device:
Click or tap Apps > Settings > MORE
Click or tap Application manager > DOWNLOADED
Click or tap your NatWest Rooster Money app
Click or tap Show notifications to enable or disable push notifications
IOS device:
Go to your device Settings
Tap on Notifications
Select NatWest Rooster Money
From there you can choose to enable or disable notifications
We send Push notifications to your phone that range from allowance getting delivered to Goals being completed.
