How to find your Rooster Money Sort Code and Account Number

Friends and family can also send money to your Parent Account which you can boost over to the Rooster Card.

You'll first need to share your Sort Code and Account number, which can be found in any of the following locations:

NatWest Rooster Money app

  • From the Family Dashboard, tap the plus '+' sign next to the Parent Account

  • Select Add from your bank to view and copy the Sort Code and Account Number

NatWest/RBS/Ulster Mobile App

If you are also a NatWest, RBS or Ulster bank customer who has already connected your NatWest, RBS or Ulster bank account to your NatWest Rooster Money account, then you can see your Sort Code and Account Number in your mobile banking app

  • Open and log into your NatWest/RBS/Ulster mobile banking app

  • Scroll down on your homepage to the NatWest Rooster Money tile to view your Parent Account details

Parent Account statement

Finally, you can also see your account details on your PDF statement. To request a statement:

  • From the Family Dashboard, tap the Parent Account tile

  • Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right hand corner and select Family Statement

  • Select the month you want to view and enter a recipient email address

  • Tap Email Statement

  • The Sort Code and Account Number can be seen on the top right hand side of the statement that is emailed to you
