Email Verification

Support for Email verification.

All New users who sign up to Natwest Rooster Money via the App will be asked to verify their Email at Sign up.

Once you click on Create a New Family you will be asked to enter your email address. Once this is done an email will be sent from Natwest Rooster Money asking you to verify your email.

Once the email has been verfified you can continue the sign up journey.

Troubleshooting

Verification link has not arrived

  • Check your Internet connection

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you have not received the email

  • Double check the email address has been input correctly making sure no typos

  • Have you checked your email account is still receiving other emails

Verification link is not working

  • The verification link is only valid for 8 hours so this may have expired, if this is the case you just need to go to the app and click the purple button stating 'Request a new link'

Having trouble logging in after email has been received

  • You will have received this as the email address you have used is already attached to an account previously opened. Please follow the links on the email to help you get logged back in
