Promotional Code at Sign up

What is the Promotional Code? -

The promotional code is XBOX25/XBOX2025 which is entered by New Customers when signing up to NatWest Rooster Money. This code never changes and is generic to all customers.

What happens if I forgot to enter my Promotional code at sign up ? -

If this is within 48 hours of signing up to NatWest Rooster Money our team will be able to enter the code manually for you. Please contact us via the In app Chat or Hello@roostermoney.com where the team will be happy to assist you.

I keyed in my promotional code at sign up however I have not received my Microsoft Xbox games Pass?

New customers will enter into a one month trial of the Rooster Card subscription once signing up. Once this trial period has ended and you have moved to a paid subscription or NatWest Group subscription your application is validated and a Select Code will be sent to your registered email address to redeem for an Xbox Game Pass.

Please note:

  • There must be an active card on the account.

  • Please allow 10 working days after your trial has ended for the code to arrive

Select Code

What is a Select Code?

A Select Code is a unique code that customers will be sent to their registered email address after the trial period has ended and the customer has moved to a paid subscription/Active Card. The Select Code needs to be redeemed to be sent your Xbox Game Pass.

Does my Select code have an expiry date?

Yes, it does. The expiry date will be clearly displayed within the email that you have been issued with. Once your code has expired, it cannot be used or reactivated in any way.

I am eligible for a Select Code, but I have not received one. What should I do?

Please ensure the following criteria has been met:

  • You have finished the 30 day trial and moved to a paid subscription with an active card

  • It has been over 10 working days since the trial has ended.

  • ​​Only one account per household qualifies for the Offer.

What do I do if my Select code isn’t working?

Please ensure you check the following:

  • Your code is still valid (within its expiry date)

  • The Code has been entered correctly as per the email sent from Rooster Money

If you still encounter issues please complete the ContactUs and the Hawk Select team we will be in touch as soon as possible.

What do I do if my code has already been redeemed?

If you did not redeem the code, then please contact us via the In app Chat or Hello@roostermoney.com where the team will be happy to investigate this for you.

Microsoft Xbox eGift Code

What is the Microsoft Xbox eGift Code?

This is the unique code that you will use to redeem your Xbox Game Pass directly with Microsoft.

How do I redeem my eGift with Microsoft?

Once you have redeemed your Select code for your Xbox eGift Code. You can redeem directly at Microsoft.com/redeem

How long will my eGift take to arrive?-

EGifts should arrive on screen instantly and be sent to you via email within a few minutes (please allow up to 72 hours during busy periods).

Do I have to spend the full value of my code?

Yes, the value of your code will be exchanged for a single eGift.

What do I do if I haven’t yet received my eGift?-

Firstly, please check your spam/junk folders for your eGift.

Otherwise, if your eGift has not arrived within 72 hours, please complete a ContactUs and the Hawk Select team will be in touch as soon as possible.
