How to Unblock your Child's Pin

If your Child has tried to use the wrong PIN too many times when either making a purchase or using an ATM their Rooster Card will be blocked.

To unblock the Pin and get the card up and running again you will need to:

My child's PIN was blocked when making a purchase.

1. Make sure "ATM Withdrawals" is turned on in the Card settings

2. Head to any ATM

3. Pop the card in, and enter the correct PIN

4. Select "Balance Enquiry"

5. When you have checked the balance, remove the card

If you do not know the PIN, you can find it by:

1. Tapping "Card" below your child's name in your parent profile.

2. Selecting "View PIN"

My child's PIN was blocked at an ATM
