Why can't I update my app?

Now that we're part of the NatWest Group - one of the United Kingdom’s largest high street banks- we have made the difficult decision to focus our Rooster Money operations solely in the United Kingdom.

We are no longer accepting new customers from outside of the UK, part of this means removing our app from international App stores, and existing customers are no longer able to update their Rooster Money app.

We have been amazed by the support and engagement we’ve received from everyone in different parts of the world, on our mission to get families talking about money earlier in life and we are so grateful to you for your support.
