In late 2021 Rooster Money joined the NatWest Group - one of the United Kingdom’s largest high street banks.
As part of that, we made the difficult decision to focus our Rooster Money operations solely in the United Kingdom. We have been amazed by the support and engagement we’ve received from everyone in different parts of the world, on our mission to get families talking about money earlier in life and we are so grateful to you for your support.

Your subscription will no longer auto-renew as of the 30th June 2023. You can continue to use your account until your subscription ends or 31st July 2023, whichever is sooner.
How do I know when my current PLUS subscription expires?

You can check this via the app by following these steps:
From the Dashboard, select the Menu in the top right hand corner
Tap Manage Account
Select Manage Subscriptions
From here you'll be able to see when your current subscription is due to end.

You can continue using your current installed version of the NatWest Rooster Money app until the 31st July 2023.
If your PLUS subscription expires before this date, then you will still be able to access your account although you will no longer have access to any of the PLUS features.
After 31st July 2023 all non-UK Rooster Money accounts will be closed, you’ll no longer be able to access the app and your account will be deleted. Before this happens, you might want to make notes of historical balances or any information recorded in the app to keep for future reference.

We gave notice to leave non-UK markets in 2022 and have not been accepting new customers since this notice was made.
We gave our existing customers 12 months notice that we would be closing their accounts in July 2023 in order to give them plenty of time to find an alternative digital pocket money app.
