You can update your country, currency, and timezone straight from the app in your family’s Account Settings. To find them:

  • Tap on the Menu icon in the top right corner from your Family Dashboard

  • Then tap on Manage Account

  • Scroll down and tap on Family account settings

  • Tap on the setting that you need to change and choose a new option from the list: Change the 'Country' associated with your account, Change the 'Currency' that your account uses, Change the 'Timezone' that you are in

  • Make sure to tap Save in the top right when you’ve made any changes

  • You can also delete your account from here (but we really hope you won't need to ☹️)

If you need to update your personal details, such as name, email address, password, or photo, you can do this from the Profile settings section. To find this:

  • Tap on the Menu icon in the top right corner from your Family Dashboard

  • Tap Manage Account

  • Scroll down and tap Profile settings

  • Here you can update your name, email address, profile picture, change your password or change your email and notification settings

  • Make sure to tap on Save in the top right when you’ve made any changes
