All families can update personal details such as name, email address, password or profile photo, you can do this from the Profile settings section. To find this:
From the Parent Dashboard, tap on the 'Menu' in the top right corner
Tap 'Manage Account'
Select 'Profile Settings'
Here you can update your name, profile picture, change your password or change your email and notification settings
Make sure to tap on Save in the top right when you’ve made any changes
You can also update your country, currency, and timezone straight from the app as well:
From the Parent Dashboard, tap on the 'Menu' in the top right corner
Tap 'Manage Account'
Select 'Family account settings'
Tap on the setting that you need to change and choose a new option from the list:
Make sure to tap Save in the top right when you’ve made any changes
Tracker and PLUS subscribers can change their own email address in the app, Rooster Card families will need to get in touch with customer support.
Tracker families:
From the Parent Dashboard, tap on the 'Menu' in the top right corner
Tap 'Manage Account'
Select 'Profile Settings'
Tap on your email address to change it
Hit Save before you navigate off this page

Please reach out to customer support either in app or via hello@roostermoney.com and provide them with your current email address (the one you use to access your account) and the new email address you wish to use.
