We’ve recently made some changes to our Pricing, Fees & Limits in order to make it simpler to understand, you can find a summary of these changes below.
Rooster Money doesn’t charge a Foreign Exchange (FX) fee for transactions made abroad (although some foreign ATMs may still charge you for their service)
You won’t be charged for exceeding the limits set out in ‘Other Card Limits’ in our Pricing Fees and Limits page (here) which includes limits on ATM usage
You will no longer incur a charge once you have exceeded the limit of 2 Parent Account withdrawals per month
Although the above changes have been made, our Fair Usage Policy remains. You can find more information in our Pricing, Fees & Limits page here
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this mean that I’ve been charged in the past? Customers who withdrew funds from their Parent Account more than twice in a month would have been advised of a 50p charge before transfer. In these cases you would have seen this reflected in the final balance when these funds reached your bank account.
What do I need to do? - You don't need to do anything.The changes have already been made, you can continue using the card and account as usual.
