As of 1st July 2022 Rooster PLUS will only be available on a monthly subscription, and customers can no longer choose to subscribe or renew on the annual subscription option.
If you're currently on the annual subscription, you won’t be switched to your monthly subscription until the end of your current annual plan.
If you are an iOS user and paid for your subscription via Apple in app purchase, you can change your annual subscription to monthly by following these steps:
On your iOS device go to ‘Settings’
Tap on your name at the top of the screen where it states ‘Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases’ in smaller text underneath
Tap on ‘Subscriptions’
Tap on the ‘NatWest Rooster Money’ app where you’ll be taken to an ‘Edit Subscription’ screen
You will see ‘Extra PLUS features (1 month)’ listed as a subscription option
Select that and follow the steps to switch your subscription to monthly
If you are an Android user, you will be able to subscribe to the monthly plan after your annual plan expires. Once your annual plan has ended, you will see the option to subscribe to monthly PLUS under ‘Menu’ and ‘Unlock PLUS features’.
