For customers still in their one month trial you can choose not to continue with your subscription once the trial has ended.
Customers who are already on the paid Monthly or Annual subscriptions can cancel their account whenever they like to ensure that the subscription does not at the end of the current term. You will still have access to your account until your subscription ends, and as per our Payment Terms and Conditions we are unable to offer partial refunds for any unused subscription period.
For customers who would like to immediately cancel the account, you can reach out to our Customer Service team either via the NatWest Rooster Money in-app chat or at hello@roostermoney,com and they can arrange to cancel and close your account.
