In order to be eligible for the NatWest Rooster Money free offer, customers must:
Have a UK based NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank current account
Be over 18 years of age
Have already set up a child profile for a child aged between 6 and 17 years old
Have previously created online or mobile banking for their current account
I don’t have a current account but I do have a Mortgage, Business account or Loan with NatWest Group - does this count?
Customers who have a different account with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster bank other than a current account (including Mortgage or Business accounts) will not be eligible for the free 12 month offer.
I don’t have a NatWest Group current account, but I have previously opened a NatWest Group account for my child. Can we use this account to get the offer?
Only a Parent or Guardian who has created a profile on the NatWest Rooster Money app and who also has their own NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank current account can apply the offer to their NatWest Rooster Money account. Children who have their own NatWest Group current account are not eligible to use their own bank accounts to take advantage of the offer.
I have a NatWest Group Current Account, but have not set up mobile or online banking, does this matter?
We cannot accept customers who do not have online or mobile banking set up. We specifically require information from your online banking account to successfully connect your NatWest Group account to your NatWest Rooster Money account. If you do not yet have your online banking set up please contact you bank in order to get this organised before continuing with your NatWest Rooster Money account.
