Although Apple pass on enough information to us to create your account, we do not have any information about the Rooster Money subscriptions that you have set up with Apple iTunes. This means that if you want to change or cancel your Rooster Money subscription in any way, you have to do this directly with Apple iTunes.
The easiest way to find out if you have a subscription with Apple iTunes and to make changes is to find the subscription on your device:
On your iOS device go to ‘Settings’
Tap on your name at the top of the screen where it states ‘Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases’ in smaller text underneath
Tap on ‘Subscriptions’
Tap on the ‘NatWest Rooster Money’ app where you’ll be taken to an ‘Edit Subscription’ screen
From here you can view/cancel your subscription.
If you do not see Rooster Money in your subscription list, then it's likely that you have set up your subscription with us directly, in which case we will be able to make changes to your subscription on your behalf.
Please note: There is no longer an annual option for the NatWest Rooster PLUS tier. If you're on the annual Rooster PLUS subscription, you’ll remain on this tier until the end of your current subscription, after this you won’t be automatically moved to the monthly plan, but you’ll be able to renew in order to select the 99p per month plan.
