Although Apple pass on enough information to us to create your account, we do not have any information about the Rooster Money subscriptions that you have set up with Apple iTunes. This means that if you want to change or cancel your Rooster Money subscription in any way, you have to do this directly with Apple iTunes.
The easiest way to find out if you have a subscription with Apple iTunes and to make changes is to find the subscription on your device:
Navigate to settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap on your name at the top of the screen
From here, select 'Subscriptions'
Select 'Rooster Money' from the list of available subscriptions
From here you can change your subscription type between monthly and annual, or cancel your subscription.
If you do not see Rooster Money in your subscription list, then it's likely that you have set up your subscription with us directly, in which case we will be able to make changes to your subscription on your behalf.
