If you no longer want to subscribe to PLUS, please follow the instructions below:
If you took out your subscription via your phone/tablet:
Tap Menu in the top right corner of the family dashboard
Tap Manage Account
Tap Manage Subscriptions
Here you can view/cancel your subscription
If you took out your subscription on our website:
Navigate to: web.roostermoney.com/login
Log in to your RoosterMoney account using your email address and password
Scroll down to the bottom of your account page where you'll see an option to 'Update plan'
From there you can cancel your account
If you took out your subscription via an Apple device you can also cancel your subscription from your iPhone/iPad by following the steps below:
From your phone home screen, tap Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID
Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it
Tap on the RoosterMoney subscription
Manage your subscription as needed
Please note: If you follow the steps above and you find that it’s only giving you the option to resubscribe, you have already successfully cancelled your subscription.
