How do I make changes to my child's information?

You can make changes to your child's details from their account settings. These steps show you how to get there:

  1. Tap Menu in the top right corner of the family dashboard

  2. Tap Manage Account

  3. Tap on the name of the child who's details you'd like to view/change

  4. Tap on Profile settings to make changes to the following - Name, Email & Gender

  5. Tap on Allowance settings to make changes to the following - Allowance amount, Allowance frequency, Allowance delivery day, Switch allowance on and off

  6. Tap on '[child name]'s login details' to view/change your child's login details

Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to access your child's details:

  • Go to your child's dashboard

  • Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the top right

  • Tap on your '[Child's name] Settings'

You can also delete your child's profile and any related information to it by tapping the red 'Delete Child' button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: If you're in the UK and your child has an active Rooster Card subscription, you will need to contact our Customer Support team via the in-app chat or hello@roostermoney.com.
